The house is located inside a green plot of 2026 sq.m. and has three levels with large living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, three kitchens (one central) two fireplaces, solar panel, air condition and heating radiators in all rooms. There are two internal wooden stairs. All the wood of the house (frames-windows-handrails-pergolas etc) are made of solid walnut and preserved in excellent condition. There are also large terraces on the upper level, overlooking the sea and the surrounding green hills. It also has an outdoor large shower and small storage. The lower level has an independent entrance and makes it a separate space fully functional. The plot is three-sided and with additional buildable permission of 650 sq.m.
